Anxiously awaiting our latest jobs to post on indeed in preparation of our busy season, but thought I would reach out to my network to see if anyone might know the perfect person to join Ohio Surgery Center. We are shuffling some staff around to better meet their passion, so we have some great opportunities.

Fast paced environment, fun group of people performing mini miracles daily to help our patients and their families live more abundantly (we are an ENT surgery center so we help to restore breathing, hearing, voice, smell, sleep if your little one has ear aches and so much more). We are looking to hire the following:
* Temp thru 2/25/22 Fulltime Admitting Receptionist 6:00-2:30
* Temp thru 1/28/22 Fulltime PCA for Recovery 7:00-3:30
* Fulltime Admitting Receptionist 6:00-2:30

We do take our patient's safety seriously and will be abiding by the CMS mandate for mandatory COVID vaccinations.

Central Ohio is experiencing a serious blood shortage and the healthcare community needs your help!

This nationwide shortage is occurring as the rise in demand is increasing with normal activities resuming.

The majority of blood donations -- around 70% -- typically come through mobile drives at places like high schools, universities, places of worship, and businesses. The pandemic has drastically decreased the number of mobile blood drives for an extended period of time.

Donated blood products are used for many conditions and procedures such as surgeries and organ transplants, pregnancy complications, traumatic injuries, burns, blood disorders, sickle cell disease, and much more.

There is no blood substitute – it must come from donation.
One donation of a pint of blood can save up to three lives, according to the American Red Cross.

Currently in central Ohio, some hospitals are approaching critical shortages...

Our OSC family has cared for the ENT needs of central Ohio families, and now we are doing our individual parts to help the amazing hospitals in our town care for your families by donating blood ourselves, organizing a blood drive, and raising awareness to the need...

Please join us by donating blood in the coming week, spreading the word, or organizing your own blood drive at your place of work or worship!!!!

If you are a regular blood donor, you are urged to please donate again. If you have ever considered donating blood, now is the time to come forward to help save lives.

Be sure to let us know if you donate!

📣 Twenty-three years ago today, we performed our first surgery🩺 in our brand new Ambulatory Surgery Center; one of the first ASCs in Ohio 📣

Who knew we were going to be trendsetters💡!?!

Our vision statement our staff wrote collectively the weeks leading up to opening our doors to serve our community...

“To be the model of ambulatory surgery in Central Ohio”

Still the vision for the next 23 years and beyond 💯

Thanks for allowing our family to care for your family for the last 23 years♥️

Are you one of the many families or businesses
that have been financially impacted this year?

Do you ever feel like you are left in the dark
when it comes to healthcare costs and quality?

There are so many confusing and convoluted issues
surrounding healthcare spending...it's overwhelming!

Where can you start?

Start conversations that matter with your Pediatrician
or Primary Care Doctor when they tell you
that you need to see a specialist!

Studies have proven that
Independent Ambulatory Surgery Center prices
are significantly lower than hospital outpatient department prices for the same procedure in all markets,
regardless of insurance company
while maintaining equal or higher levels
of quality, safety, and customer experience.

These saving are passed on to you and/or your employer!

Empower yourself to shop for value in your healthcare!

Value = Quality + Cost

Elective surgeries scheduled for Monday, March 16 will proceed as planned.

We are a proud member of the Central Ohio Trauma Association. We plan with the other great healthcare institution in the community such as hospitals, other ASCs, Nursing Homes, etc for events like Covid-19 in the hopes that they never occur but that we, as a healthcare community, can best serve the neighbors should they.

In light of Governor DeWine’s last press conference today at 2:30 where he mentioned the shortage of personal protective equipment (especially surgical masks), we will be speaking with the local healthcare community as to how we can best meet our local collective needs on Monday.

Again, elective surgeries scheduled for Monday, March 16 at the Ohio Surgery Center will proceed as planning.

In this unprecedented times, information is often changing daily. Our page is the best place for up to date information in regards to our status for surgeries.

Thanks in advance for your patience, understanding and cooperation as we look to serve our community in the best way possible.
