The Reproductive Health Care Ammendment is NOT on the November ballot for certain, despite what you read in the Dispatch!!! PLEASE vot NO on Aug 8 to guarantee that the ammendment WILL appear on the ballot in November. If Issue 1 passes, the Healthcare ammendment WON't be on the ballot!!!
