Yoga-Well-Being is moving! Starting on October 1, studio classes will now be held at Relevate, a massage studio located at 1490 Old Henderson Road.

Initially, we are holding three classes at Relevate:

● Tuesdays, 6:00 PM: Restorative Yoga with Veda
● Wednesdays, 9:30 AM: Yin Yoga with Veda
● Thursdays, 6:00 PM: Yoga for Well-Being with sipra

We expect this to expand in the future. In addition to these classes we will continue to offer online only classes and, while the weather permits, classes at Whetstone Park.

Don't forget! Earth Day Yoga this afternoon at 6 PM at Whetstone Park!

Join your community for yoga at the park to honor our beautiful, loving, and forgiving planet this Earth Day! We will practice at the Whetstone Park of Roses, rain or shine!

This class will be donation-based (suggested donation $5-$15) and all proceeds will be donated to an environmental organization.

Please bring a mat, any blocks, blankets, or props you might like to have, and a willingness to immerse yourself in nature. We will meet at the gazebo, located across from the bleachers.
