Nick joined the Southeast Healthcare team in October 2014 and currently serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Director of Integrated Care. In his role, Nick provides primary care services at our Long Street location, supports the CCBHC (Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics) grant, leads the Population Health Management Team, and works across departments to strengthen coordination of whole-person care.

Nick’s work helps ensure our patients feel heard, supported, and truly at the center of their care. We’re so grateful for Nick’s leadership and compassion — thank you for all that you do!

We are excited to carry our mission forward into the new year with a new gallery manager, Nick Davis. After 22 years of bashing and breaking down stigma against mental illness and SUD, we continue to educate the community and are proud to focus on the artistic vision that keeps us alive, creative, and well.
