Received this incredible success story recently from patient, Mary K:
"I am retired on disability from pain and clinical depression. I am down 20 pounds since I've started on this program! I was basically a non-moving person in pain; back, hip, knee and feet. Learning the right kind of exercises for my issues has been a huge help. I now wake up in the morning, do stretching exercises and start drinking my water for the day. I have other movement exercises that I do later in the day. I still have pain, but not crippling pain to the point that I don't want to move, moving actually helps me feel better. The phone call each week from a health professional helps keep me 'honest' in my efforts. If I slip she helps me get back on track. It's hard to eat food that is good for me after decades of not healthy eating. I realize my recovery will take time and I am committed to trying my best. My pain level is better, my health is better, my depression is getting better and I feel like I owe it all to this program."
