Past my bedtime…
but this is what it’s about.

A group of guys who still want to compete, still want to move, still want to feel like themselves again.

Little to no crowd. (Thanks )
No hype.
Just runs.

You don’t lose it, you just stop using it.

One thing I’ve noticed…

A lot of people don’t actually need more workouts.
They need their body to work better.

Less stiffness.
Less random aches.
More strength for real life.
More confidence moving.

Most of that comes back pretty quickly when you train the right things.

That’s a big focus for me right now.

Most people think feeling stiff, weak, or out of shape is just part of getting older.
It’s not.

It’s usually just the result of inconsistent training, poor movement patterns, and never rebuilding a foundation.

Right now I’m focused on Phase 1, building strength, mobility, and control again.
Nothing fancy.

Just intentional work done consistently.

The goal isn’t just to look better.

The goal is to move, perform, and feel athletic again.
