We are looking for enthusiastic DD MED certify caregiver for a 16yrs female with Cerebral Palsy, uses motorized wheelchair for mobility. Requires 100% personal care, communication, medication administration and G-tube feeds and care. She uses a communication device with eye gaze for communication and does a great job. She’s smart, has a great sense of humor and is a social butterfly. Immediate need for Monday – Friday 6am – 4:30 pm.
