The Recovery Course originated in London, England and was created by Nigel. It is a brilliant, 16 week course that walks the participants through all 12 Steps as originally penned. The Course answers so many of the questions we have about our addiction and provides plenty of material to actually "work" these steps. The Course materials and training are completely free to qualified groups that would like to run it. Since it is a Recovery Course, people running it should be in recovery with a minimum of one year sobriety/abstinence. This Course is for ALL addictions, whether they be alcohol, drugs, money, s*x, eating, p**n or name your poison. The answer to any or all of these is the same and you will find it here. The format is a talk each week via DVD, small group discussion and some social time. The Recovery Course should be one of the very first steps someone struggling with addiction takes in order to recover. The Course will provide you with all the information you need to know to get started on your way to a sane, healthy and meaningful life.
