If a coach tells you “healthy food can’t be fun”… drop them.
Because let’s be honest eating is the hardest part, not working out.
If you find recipes that: ✔ fit your macros
✔ support your goals
✔ AND actually taste good
…guess what? ENJOY THEM. That’s sustainability.
I’ve seen some coaches downplay the viral sweet potato pizza and that’s wild to me because how is it any different than: 🥔 a sweet potato bowl
🥗 a sweet potato plate
🍽️ sweet potato + protein + veggies
Same food. Just a different presentation.
I’m making it this weekend, and if it hits the spot… it’s staying in rotation 😋
