We are HIRING!!

Advanced Wound Healing is looking for PT or FT NP with 1-2 years of wound care experience to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
- Traveling to scheduled locations weekly for wound rounds at various homes or facilities in Columbus area
- Providing the highest quality wound care services to patients in homes and partner facilities
- Performing bedside wound care skills including: wound assessment, debridement, dressing application, pressure relief, pain/odor control, and minor surgical procedures
- Tracking the progress of wound healing and documenting accordingly in EHR
- Developing a treatment plan for wound care based on the individual needs of each patient
- Providing education to the patient, family, facility staff, and home health agency staff to promote understanding and healing, and for the management of patient’s wounds
