This wonderful patient of mine put together a nice photo diary of her recent face and neck lift surgery with me. I have also included her one week before and after photos from my office. While everyone heals differently I think this gives patients with similar skin type and anatomy an idea of what healing from a deep neck and facelift entails. She’s thrilled with her results and I couldn’t be happier for her. Helping a longtime patient with a big life decision and seeing her through it give me and my team great satisfaction in what we do. What does healing typically look like after surgery? It can vary significantly from patient to patient because many factors are at play. This patient is just 6 days out from upper and lower blepharoplasty along with lower face and neck lift. This is a fairly typical amount of bruising and swelling for the surgeries performed. I combined elements of a high SMAS midface and deep plane lower face/neck lift for the facelift. Not every patient gets the exact same technique but I find this to be a very effective, long lasting surgery for my patients. Within the next week most if not all of her bruising will be completely gone and then we wait for swelling to resolve, tissue to settle, and incisions to soften. This patient is from out of state so most likely I won’t have her final after photos from my camera but I already know we hit a home run for her and I’m thankful that she was willing to share her surgery journey.

She is from out of state but traveled in to see me today with her mother who is having surgery with me so I get to see her final results in person! Couldn’t be happier for her!

Upper and lower eyelid refresh! This lovely lady is nearly 2 months out from upper and lower blepharoplasty with laser resurfacing. A total confidence booster for my patient. Looking forward to helping her along her continued journey to look better, feel better, and do better.

This patient is about 2 months out from neck and jawline liposuction with non surgical skin tightening and upper blepharoplasty. I typically perform these procedures simultaneously in my office under local anesthetic and they take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours total. The combination of long lasting results, minimal downtime, plus the safety profile of these procedures is unmatched. It is important to understand there were no incisions as would typically be performed in a neck lift. I classify this as my non-surgical neck lift. The blepharoplasty has given her bright, beautiful eyes which is icing on the cake. She is glowing after these procedures. Another satisfied patient and doctor!

Before and after upper and lower blepharoplasty and full face deep erbium laser resurfacing with the joule. She is thrilled with her results! Initially she was not sure about sharing her before and after photos but when I showed them to her she wanted everyone else to know! This patient experienced a dramatic improvement in her heavy eyelids as well as her malar bags/festoons.
Her lower lids involved a combination of fat excision and repositioning, canthoplasty, skin pinch, and laser resurfacing. She still has some residual redness in a few areas but this is normal at her healing stage (7 weeks) and this will only improve over time. So happy for her!
