Low Frequency Sound Bath | This Saturday, March 14th from 6:00-7:00pm w/ Colleen

Hz healing is a powerful, purposeful blend of meditation & frequencies played by a set of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. In this low frequency practice we are adding a 22in crystal bowl that rings a frequency octaves lower that you will feel just as much as you will hear it.

This practice will be focused on the sacral chakra and healing stresses from our emotions and relationships. The hz healing frequencies played will offer you deep rest and understanding from the inside out.

Six years ago, in fall 2020, we welcomed our very first Yoga Teacher Training group when we reopened in UA. ✨

Looking at this photo, it’s hard to believe how much has grown over the past six years. What began as a small circle of students wanting to deepen their practice has grown into a community of teachers, leaders, and lifelong students of yoga.

And now… we begin again.

The spring equinox is time to celebrate growth, new beginnings & hope for the new season & together are celebrating with guided meditation & sound healing.

We will meet for a supported practice of restorative yoga and a guided meditation for looking ahead with excitement then rest for a savasana sound bath with crystal singing bowls.

BIG NEWS - we’ve decided to postpone our Spring Yoga Teacher Training until May. ALSO, we are offering early-bird pricing until March 1st.
