We’re so happy to welcome Kari Djuve to the Zen Yoga staff. She’s teaching an energizing flow every Monday at 10am and Thursday at 12pm!!

Kari has been teaching yoga since 2007 and brings a rich background in psychology and fine arts, along with a teaching presence shaped by adventure, innovation, and humor. Her love of exploring new ways of seeing—both through asana and through the creative process—makes her a beautiful addition to our community.

Please join us in giving Kari a warm welcome to Zen Yoga. We’re excited for our students to experience her thoughtful, inspiring presence!

sink into stillness with a nourishing evening of yin yoga and chakra sound bath. we’ll begin with long-held, supported yin postures designed to gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for energetic balance.

as the body softens, you’ll be guided through a chakra-focused sound journey using crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments tuned to each energy center. the sound frequencies help clear stagnation, restore flow, and invite deep rest.

all levels welcome. no experience with yin or chakras needed.

Spring Equinox: Guided Meditation + Sound Bath
| Sunday, March 22nd from 3:00-4:00pm w/ Colleen

The spring equinox is time to celebrate growth, new beginnings & hope for the new season & together are celebrating with guided meditation & sound healing.

We will meet for a supported practice of restorative yoga and a guided meditation for looking ahead with excitement then rest for a savasana sound bath with crystal singing bowls.

This practice will be accessible to yogis of all levels & all are welcome!
