Instead of focusing only on what is being called in, there is space to notice how the body responds, what feels familiar, and what may quietly be influencing the path forward.
Through guided movement and moments of reflection, the workshop creates an environment where awareness can deepen and patterns can become clearer. By slowing down and tuning in, intention is no longer something abstract but something felt, lived, and embodied.
