foundations of flow | november 1st from 2:00-4:00pm w/ courtney

don’t miss this opportunity to learn from the courtney mickley hamm in this 2-hour workshop to dive deeper into poses, learn correct alignment and understand how to refine your practice!!

she will cover everything you need to feel successful in your yoga practice. some breath work and meditation, as well as spend ample time breaking down common poses and transitions and answering lingering questions.
