“I finally slept through the night.”

“I used to wake up three, four times a night checking on my mama — just to make sure she hadn’t fallen. Between work, kids, and caregiving… I was exhausted.

A friend from church told me about P&H Health Services, and honestly, it’s been a blessing I didn’t even know I needed.

Now, Mama has someone coming by to help with her meals, keep her company, and make sure she’s safe. And me? I finally slept through the night for the first time in months.
