This is a brown butter, maple & thyme variation of my mom’s sweet potato souffle…

Yes, it is exactly as rich and decadent as you can imagine! It tastes sweet like a treat, but with FAR less sugar and pairs wonderfully with turkey and cranberry sauce.

You are not a bother, you just have to be a little but more intentional with what you put in your body.

Trust me, I know it can feel exhausting navigating around all the ingredients, not knowing the quality or quantity of everything.

It can bring a lot of uncertainty…

Maybe even that fear of spending the rest of the evening in the bathroom, while everybody else enjoyed family charades without you… (*based on a true story🤦)
