Here’s the issue I see far too often…

Women are treating food sensitivities like food allergies, carrying around unnecessary fear and restricting entire food groups because of it, making their gut dysfunction WORSE!

The truth? → food allergies and food sensitivities are NOT the same thing! It's a totally different immune response!

While food allergies are a something you must live with or grow out of naturally, food sensitivities improve when we heal the gut lining and address the root cause.

It was a roaring 20’s theme and we had a blast dressing up and going all out with the theme, while raising money for a great cause!

Who else gets nostalgic while decorating for Christmas?

This time last year, we were headed to Ohio for the 2nd family funeral in as many months.

It was a winter of so many mixed emotions --- loss, grief, empathy, unity, connection, and other feelings I was never able to put a name to.

But the thing about death and loss, is that it often leads to a season of rebirth.

This year, we're celebrating moments of stillness, memories, traditions, and reminders of what and who is most important.
