Stay Safe This Winter!

Cold weather brings cozy vibes, but also slippery sidewalks and icy driveways. Protect yourself and loved ones with these quick tips:

• Wear proper footwear – Boots with good traction help prevent slips.
• Take small steps and walk slowly on icy surfaces.
• Keep walkways clear – Shovel snow and use salt or sand.
• Warm up before outdoor activities to avoid muscle strains.
• Stay visible – Shorter days mean less light, so wear reflective gear.

Prevention is key! Share these tips to keep your community safe this season.

Positive Patient Experience 🌟 | “I truly believe that Dr. Guse treated my son's football injury the same way he would have treated his own child's injury. I don't think as a parent that you can ask any more out of a clinician than that. I am truly grateful for the walk-in orthopedic clinic and also for the referral to Dr. Guse. I will not hesitate to call him if my son ever needs orthopedic care in the future.” –Nancy B.
