As always; a few things to note!

❄️New Classes:

Friday Gentle Flow with .j.ralph

📣Wednesday 6am classes are now PREPAY to help get your butts outa bed 🤣

☃️TWO chances for Sound Baths! One with Reiki and one just a straight up Sound Experience🪘

💥I’ve added a few more Hot classes on Saturdays.
Please continue to add yourself to waitlists so we can adjust accordingly.

🚫Also; lastly:
If no shows continue to be an issue,all classes will become prepay only. I REALLY don’t want to do this because I know people like to pay cash but it’s becoming more of an issue and it’s unfair to the people on waitlists and instructors who have driven in.

(Appointments will be through the door located at 205 E Franklin St. )

Once inside, we are the first door on your right 🕉️

Everyone’s accounts were reset so when you register for your first class please make sure you’re creating an account because this is how you’ll cancel/view classes and appointments.
