The second cohort of the Pathways to Practice program concluded with a celebratory luncheon, marking another milestone in preparing the next generation of behavioral health professionals. This cohort was completed in partnership with The Ohio State University College of Social Work, providing students with hands-on experience in community behavioral health settings.

During the event, participants reflected on their experiences and heard remarks from Erika Clark Jones, ADAMH CEO, who spoke about her leadership journey and community-based behavioral health.

ADAMH and its partners remain committed to investing in workforce development and strengthening pathways into the field. Congratulations to this cohort for their dedication and participation in the program.

ADAMH was proud to once again sponsor the Ohio Recovery Housing Conference, supporting opportunities to strengthen recovery housing efforts across the state.

Colleen Hendon attended on behalf of ADAMH, where she learned about innovative programs, emerging services and best practices that can benefit residents in recovery housing.

ADAMH values opportunities like this to connect with partners and bring back ideas that help inform both the board’s work and the work of its network of providers. Investing in these learning opportunities helps strengthen our collective ability to better serve individuals in recovery and support healthier communities across Franklin County.
