A great day at our Aging Well, Living Well event! 🌿

Omar, our fitness coordinator, led engaging live demonstrations that got everyone moving and inspired. We also enjoyed a refreshing walk through Friendship Woods—our very own on-site nature preserve—soaking in the fresh air and natural beauty right here at home.

We wrapped up the event with healthy, delicious snacks that made the experience even better. 💚

A perfect reminder that wellness is about staying active, connected, and enjoying the outdoors together.
