Happy Chinese New Year! Today kicks off the beginning of many 15-day celebrations across the globe to usher in the year of the Fire Horse.

The horse is the 7th in a 12-year zodiac cycle (coincidentally there are 12 major acupuncture meridians). Every 12 years, the horse is associated with one of the elements: wood, earth, metal, water or fire. The fire horse falls once every 60 years, last occurring in 1966.

In 2026, many see the year of the fire horse as an opportunity to take bold steps, embrace change, and pursue new opportunties.

Only three days until our 1st FREE Patient Education session with Steve, Jeff, and Mary! Join us on Super Bowl Sunday from 4:00-5:00 pm at the clinic for Beyond Pain: How Acupuncture Can Help You.

Steve & Jeff will answer questions and explain how acupuncture works and why it successfully heals many conditions. Mary will share her knowledge of stretches & exercises to assist with balance, mobility, and pain-free movement.

No Registration Required. Open to the Public. Just show up ready to learn.

Sessions will follow every 2nd Sunday of the month for the remainder of 2026.

We are excited to announce that we will be offering a FREE Patient Education Series in 2026! Starting on Sunday, February 8th and continuing the 2nd Sunday of every month, join Steve & Jeff (& a special guest) from 4 - 5:00 pm at our clinic for selected educational topics.

Our first session, Beyond Pain: How Acupuncture Can Help You, will include lots of information about how acupuncture works & why it is effective for so many physical & mental health conditions.

Our very own Mary will join to share practical exercises & stretches, affectionally called Toe-Yoga, that can assist you in moving more freely in your daily life.

No charge or sign-up required! Just show up at our facility ready to learn.
