Post-traumatic stress (PTSD) is often characterized by a whole host of symptoms including (but not limited to) anxiety, hypervigilance, sleep disruptions or nightmares, difficulty focusing or feeling present, chronic tension or physical discomfort, depression, emotional numbness or constant feelings of overwhelm.

Sometimes the body needs a gentle nudge (as Jeff likes to say) to help it out of negative patterns or feedback loops.

Acupuncture helps calm your body’s
fight-or-flight response, reduce physical symptoms like tension or insomnia, and restore your
sense of safety and control. It does this on a physiological level, which helps relax both your mind and body.
