Did you know that nearly half of individuals with TMJ issues also struggle with obstructive sleep apnea?

The temporomandibular joint, or TMJ, is located in the jaw, and issues with it often cause one's airways to narrow, contributing to the development of obstructive sleep apnea.

If you experience jaw pain, frequent tension headaches/migraines, or jaw clicking/popping, it may be beneficial to talk to your doctor about your sleep.

See below to learn a little bit more about the TMJ!
