I’ve been teaching for over 25 years, and I’ve seen again and again that when yoga and meditation are uniquely suited to you, they can be transformative. I’ve spent my whole life gathering tools: studying yoga, meditation, energy work, and even getting a master’s in counseling, because I love learning and figuring out what actually helps people. I’ve used these practices to heal my own stress and autoimmune struggles, and now, I get to share them with others. People tell me all the time, “I feel so much better.” That’s what keeps me going.
