We are back and refreshed after a course on Lymphatic Drainage Massage! I am so very excited to put this training to use on many clients! A plan is in place to start offering a full-body option by mid October ☺️

I’m so excited to now be offering cupping therapy!

Cupping is done by placing a silicone or plastic cup on an area of the body, like tight traps, and creating a suction onto the skin. By utilizing negative pressure (suction) the goal is to release metabolic waste/congestion from the targeted area via the lymphatic system.

Common target areas examples would be the shoulders, back, legs, arms and feet.

This can be done with targeted cupping to one general area or full-body cupping.
