Couples who have fun together and step out of their comfort zone report more positive feelings about each other and the relationship.

The truth is, many of us are just getting through winter quietly. Needing more rest, space, and solitude is not a failure - it is a human response to the season.

Allow yourself to rest, move more slowly, and connect in softer ways.

Today, we are reminded that change does not come from meeting cruelty with cruelty, but from choosing compassion when it is hardest. We see this truth every day at LifeWorks. Healing only happens through compassion, understanding, and connection - not shame, blame, and self-criticism. When we meet pain with empathy and fear with curiosity, light begins to break through. Light looks like empathy. Love looks like action. Both start with us - every day in the way we speak, listen, and show up for one another.
