Grateful for a powerful dedication service today 🙏

Thank you, Robert Williams, for leading us in prayer and grounding this moment in faith and purpose. As we declared together, “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain… But we trust in You.”

We were reminded that “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want… He restores my soul,” and we prayed that this space would be filled with compassion, wisdom, and excellence.

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life… and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”

May this place be a source of blessing, healing, and hope for all who enter. Amen.

Autoimmune disease is an invisible fight—but that doesn’t make it any less real.

Behind the scenes, many people are navigating chronic fatigue, pain, brain fog, and the emotional weight of not feeling understood. And while medical care focuses on the body, the mental and emotional impact often goes unaddressed.

This is where therapy can help.

Therapy isn’t about “thinking your way out” of illness.
It’s about learning how to live with it in a way that supports your nervous system, your identity, and your day-to-day life.

Sometimes the best way to clear your mind isn’t thinking harder… it’s stepping outside. 🌿

March reminds us that growth is often quiet, but is still happening. Sometimes it is getting through the hard days, trying again, or choosing self-compassion over criticism. If this year has felt heavy, let this month be a reminder: you are not behind. You are growing in ways you may not yet see.

And if you need support along thw way, we are here!

A meaningful reminder that faith and therapy do not compete - they complement one another. When Faith Meets Therapy beautifully affirms that seeking support is not a weakness of faith, but often a courageous step toward healing. It is an encouraging resource for anyone who wants to grow spiritually and emotionally, embracing both biblical truth and wise counsel along the journey. Which is our whole goal at LifeWorks Counseling Group - to be the intersection of excellence in clinical skills and good, sound theology.

Winter isolation does not mean you are doing something wrong. Short days, cold weather, and low energy can make connections harder for a lot of people - not just you. The truth is, many of us are just getting through winter quietly. Needing more rest, space, and solitude is not a failure - it is a human response to the season.

Allow yourself to rest, move more slowly, and connect in softer ways.
