🌟 Important Update for Our Patients 🌟

At Columbus Children’s Healthcare, your feedback truly matters to us. In order to improve your experience and reduce wait times, we are making an important change to our sick visit process.

✅ We will no longer be accepting walk-in appointments.

We will still continue to offer same-day appointments for sick visits, but we now require that all patients call ahead and schedule before arriving. This allows us to:

• Schedule you appropriately for your child’s needs
• Reduce time spent waiting in the clinic
• Ensure our providers have adequate time with each patient and family

📞 Same-day appointments are available from 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please call 402-564-7200 (Option 4) to speak with our triage nurse and get scheduled before coming to the clinic.

Due to recent cases of measles in our community, we will not be accepting walk-in appointments at this time. All appointments must be scheduled ahead of time.
