Taylor joined IPT in February 2021 as an RBT, and over the past five years, she has blossomed into an extraordinary Lead BCBA whose presence touches everyone she meets. From the very beginning, her calm, positive, and uplifting spirit has made a lasting impression on both clients and staff. Taylor leads with compassion and patience, always approachable, supportive, and ready to lend a hand whenever it’s needed.

Yesterday afternoon, our Gal Pal group participated in structured, hands-on craft activities targeting communication, fine motor development, and peer engagement 🎨💬

With individualized support from our clinical team, clients practiced following directions, turn-taking, and expressive communication in a supportive and encouraging environment.
