As the new year approaches we would like to reintroduce our staff! First meet Dr. Annie Main! 🎉

🦻Annie Main, AuD has been an audiologist for 13 years. She received her undergraduate degree (Spanish) and doctoral degree (Audiology) from Ohio State University and completed her externship at Columbia University/New York Presbyterian Hospital. She is originally from the Cincinnati area and is proud to call Columbus home since moving to her husband’s hometown in 2021. She spent the first part of her career at Indiana University working as a research and clinical audiologist and teaching undergraduate and graduate audiology courses. Dr. Main is certified by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) as a Professional Supervisor of the Audiometric Monitoring Program© (PS/A) and also works in the hearing conservation industry. She speaks English and Spanish. Annie is passionate about hearing conservation and preventing the effects of auditory deprivation by finding the best hearing device option for each patient. In her free time, Dr. Main loves attending all the events Columbus has to offer with her family and being with her kids and her husband.

Catching up on an action packed Fall! 🍂

🎉 In August, we celebrated our one year anniversary with a patient appreciation open house at our clinic. Miss Rachel's Neat Treats and Dorothy's Playhouse were there to celebrate with us!

🍝We hosted our third Lunch & Learn Holiday Inn Columbus teaching the community about the importance of hearing health and hearing aids. Mr. Ron Renforth from CapTel joined us-- he helps provide captioned phones to people with hearing loss.

🤩We also had the pleasure of attending the Mill Race Senior Expo for the second time. Attendees were able to look inside their own ears with our video otoscope!

🦻 In September, we hosted a Dine & Listen event with Phonak at Upland Brewery where community members had the opportunity to listen to the latest technology in a restaurant environment!

🖌️In October, Dr. Annie kicked off her face painting career at the Traditions of Columbus Chili Cook off.

📽️Dr. Annie also presented on hearing loss and hearing aids at Four Seasons Retirement Community and provided free hearing screenings on site.

Things here at the office sure have been busy! We'd love to see you here for a free hearing exam before the holiday season ramps up!

Last Friday Dr. Annie Main and Cheyenne participated in the 2025 Mill Race Senior Expo. They had the pleasure of talking with members of the community regarding the importance of hearing health. Dr. Main also had the opportunity to show some of the attendees the inside of their ear canal and their eardrum. They also spoke to the attendees about the services that they provide at the office such as, ear wax removal, hearing aid cleanings, and free hearing exams. Last Wednesday we hosted a Lunch and Learn at the Holiday Inn Columbus! At this event we talked about the importance of hearing health and hearing aids and provided a tasty lunch for attendees. We also discussed the services that we provide, such as clean and check for hearing aids, wax removal, and free hearing exams. We would like to thank our special guest speaker Ron Renforth with CapTel for joining us and talking about free caption phones. Make sure to be on the lookout for our next event!
