Optima Home Health Services We provide services for Clinton, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Highland, Licking, Pickaway and Ross Counties to patients of all ages.

Our company was established to help the growing need for in-home health care services for people of all ages, diseases and disabilities. We provide a highly competent staff that is dedicated in helping you cope with your medical needs, so you or your loved one can stay in the comfort of your own home. We offer a wide range of services including Skilled Nursing, Home Health Aide Care, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Medical Social Services. We have two great locations; Our Columbus office is located at 3280 Morse Road Suite 207 and our Washington Courthouse office is located at 1270 US RT 22 Suite 1 to help serve your individual needs.
