Jenna consistently goes above and beyond to create a smooth, positive experience for patients and providers. What a special evening in Clyde.

We’re grateful for the neighbors, patients, families and community partners who joined us for our Open House at AdventHealth Medical Group Radiation Oncology at Clyde.

For more than a decade, AdventHealth Cancer Services in Haywood has provided medical oncology and infusion services close to home. Now, with the addition of radiation oncology, more people can receive advanced cancer treatment right here in our community — surrounded by the support of family and friends.

As a faith-based, not-for-profit health system, AdventHealth is committed to caring for the whole person — body, mind and spirit. Being able to bring that same whole-person care to radiation oncology at Clyde means fewer miles traveled, more time at home and greater peace of mind during treatment.

Flu and respiratory illness rates in our region have declined, and we’ve returned to our regular visitor policy at AdventHealth.

We know how important it is to have loved ones by your side while you heal. Time together supports comfort, connection and peace of mind — all part of whole-person care.

Before visiting, we encourage you to review the most up-to-date guidelines in the Visitor Information section of our website.

Although illness rates are decreasing, flu season typically extends through late spring. We ask everyone to continue practicing good hand hygiene, cover coughs and sneezes, and stay home if you’re not feeling well.

With ongoing measles cases identified in our area and the upstate of South Carolina, we encourage everyone to take simple preventive steps including calling ahead to your doctor if you think you may have been exposed to or contracted the measles.
Following these simple steps helps reduce the spread of illness and protect those who may be most vulnerable.
