Our Story

PALS, a Chrysalis Health Company, opened its first center in May 2012 in Gahanna, Ohio to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

​We build on the foundation of physical activity and life skills (PALS). Our numerous person-centered programs are designed to create opportunities and success for the individuals we work with. We give individuals the necessary tools they need to be active members of the community and maintain a high quality of life.

Over the years, we’ve grown to 5 centers and an art studio that service areas across Ohio including: Cadiz, Columbus, Gallipolis, Heath and Steubenville. With our immense growth, we’re looking to hire new team members at all of our locations! If you’re looking to make a difference in others’ lives learn more about our career opportunities.
