From rotator cuff strains and labral irritation to elbow tendinitis and wrist sprains, the shoulder, elbow, and wrist take a beating in throwing, and swinging.

Some helpful tips in preventing injuries:
⚾️Don’t skip dynamic warm-ups
⚾️Monitor practice volume
⚾️Stretch often
⚾️Monitor stress on joints
