Welcome Courtney Clark RN, IBCLC! 🤗
Courtney has been an IBCLC since 2011.

She has always been drawn to pregnancy, childbirth, and babies. She started her career working in the NICU at Nationwide Children’s and then went on to Mount Carmel serving moms and babies in inpatient, outpatient, and staff education with Baby Friendly initiatives. Courtney currently works part time as a labor and delivery nurse at Mount Carmel Grove City and will be filing in for Stacy while she is on medical leave.

In her spare time Courtney is happily married with 3 kids and 3 fur babies.

Saw this little 🥰 cutie at 10 days and then fast forward to 10 months. Celebrating exclusive 💪🏼 breastfeeding…and 2 little bottom teeth! So many mamas are afraid that once their baby gets teeth that their breastfeeding journey will be over. Biting can be a real thing but we have strategies to help…just like I did during this consult. Don’t quit now! Reach out…we’d be happy to help you make it to the finish line!

“Stacy was wonderful and helped give me confidence in nursing. She has so much knowledge to share about baby anatomy, physical therapy movements, nursing positions at various ages, pumping settings, fl**ge sizing, sterilizing equipment… you name it! I am so glad I made the call to have her come. My 2.5 month old started crying during feeds and I was getting exhausted trying to figure out what was going on. She did an assessment of him, showed me different massages/stretches, took a weight before and after the feed, and sat with me while my baby nursed. We tried a new position to help ease tension in his neck (he has mild torticollis) and that worked! She had me follow his cues when it came to feeding and that made it a lot less stressful. It also turns out that he was much more efficient and no longer needed to nurse for 30 minutes (15 per side). Would definitely recommend Stacy to anyone!”

Our baby girl lost too much weight the first week of life. Stacy helped us develop a plan to get her back on track. Not only did our baby start thriving but working with Stacy really gave us the confidence to continue our breastfeeding journey. We worked through making sure our baby was eating enough, dealing with my milk supply, latch issues, etc. Nothing was overcomplicated and what Stacy taught us really made sense.
