Stress is a normal part of life, but it can take a toll on your physical and mental health if you don't manage it effectively. Here are 5 ways to destress (share this with others & comment on your favorite):

1. Exercise to destress
Exercise: Regular physical activity is one of the best ways to reduce stress. Exercise releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.

2. Spend time in nature to destress
Spend time in nature: Being in nature has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety levels. Take a walk in the park, go for a hike, or simply sit outside and enjoy the fresh air.

3. Practice relaxation techniques to destress
Practice relaxation techniques: There are many different relaxation techniques that can help to reduce stress, such as yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercises. Find a technique that works for you and incorporate it into your daily routine.

4. Connect with loved ones to destress
Connect with loved ones: Social interaction is important for mental and emotional health. Make time to connect with friends and family, even if it's just for a quick chat or a coffee break.

5. Get enough sleep to destress
Get enough sleep: When you're well-rested, you're better able to cope with stress. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep each night.

Saying goodbye to 2531 Oakstone, the place where I started my business and grew for 5 years. Starting a new chapter and a new year for Infinity Massage at 1161 Bethel Rd. I am excited to see you all there!

My left thumb had an unfortunate run-in with a mandolin. My hands are so important to me and my livelihood, but I love cooking too! I have had cuts and burns before, but none as bad as this. Thank you all for your patience and well wishes during my recovery, and I am doing everything so can to get back to massaging soon. I’ll just be over here regenerating skin.

These last few months have been uneventful, yet somehow stressful. I know how you all feel, I haven’t gotten a massage in months either! Missing all of you and please text to schedule when you’ve been fully vaccinated!

It is with much sadness that I announce Infinity Massage’s temporary closure after Thanksgiving 2020.
Governor DeWine made clear that each individuals’ actions are what is important, so I am doing what I feel is right while we are still in the purple and with the holiday season upon us.
I have seen the virus get closer and closer to me, and while I don’t travel, see friends, or eat at restaurants, I cannot dictate what my clients do in their personal lives. I feel I cannot continue my work safely until we are out of the purple or I am vaccinated.
This novel virus is a test for us all, and I want as many of us as possible to pass!
Happy Holidays, warmest of wishes, and I will see you all on the other side of this wave in 2021 so I can continue doing what I love.

I renewed my license today (woot!) and realized I’ve been practicing since 2009! I love what I do so much that the time has just flown by 😊 Thanks to all family, friends, and clients that have helped along the way!

It’s so good to be back and I’ve got the new routine just about down! I am requiring face masks in the office and while face up on the table as I have an autoimmune disease, so please keep that in mind if you have difficulty breathing with your massage length. I am so thankful for my amazing clients and to be helping people. ❤️
