Are you a compassionate leader who believes everyone deserves dignity, choice, and a meaningful life? We’re looking for a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) for our Kokomo region to support individuals with developmental disabilities in our residential programs.

In this role, you’ll coordinate person-centered support plans, guide and train staff, collaborate with families and community partners, and help ensure high-quality, compliant services. You’ll be hands-on when needed and lead with patience, respect, and purpose every day.
