My Why.
Hafford-Daley Services & Consulting, LLC was created from a deep belief that people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and empowered. After more than 20 years of walking alongside youth, families, and communities, I’ve seen firsthand how access to compassionate, culturally responsive, and practical support can change lives.

My why is simple: To help individuals and systems grow stronger, more resilient, and more confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. Every service, conversation, and collaboration is rooted in that purpose!

Three things I often wish parents and staff knew about school-based mental health 💛

• Not all distress looks disruptive
• Emotional regulation is a skill that develops over time
• Support works best when school and home are aligned

When families and schools work together with understanding and intention, students are better supported — academically, socially, and emotionally.
