Been switching up times that I run 🏃🏽♀️ 💨 between morning and evening and some days both. Trying to stay uncomfortable a little and not complacent in my running journey that’s why I run!
Your future self is begging you to suffer a little. (Trust me, I absolutelylt HATE IT, the older I get… ).
Daily reminder: DO. HARD. THINGS. I do it for this reason right here:
The more you walk or run the better you feel.
The more you lift, the more muscle you build.
The more gratitude you find, the happier you are.
The more hard things you do, the easier your life becomes.
Walk. Run. Lift. Get grateful.
Do hard things.
This is the way, You GET to do these things!! Some people cannot, and some day you might be some people !!
