In my experience, women are wildly underprepared and undereducated—but not unable—when walking into the birth room. Yes, our bodies and babies know the way. Is it helpful to have a map? Yes. Is it helpful to have trained for the journey? Absolutely!

Women deserve immediate, ongoing prenatal support from a knowledgeable, trusted, and experienced caregiver from the beginning of pregnancy through the postpartum period. Prenatal doula support can change your whole trajectory when consulted and guided early.
