Childbirth Education + Prenatal Yoga Weekend Workshop

April 14-15 in Kihei and
April 28-29 in Lahaina.

This is a full childbirth education class, juicy yoga, safe practices, some Spinning Babies techniques, a tool kit for natural laboring, self care, community, laughing and crying. Each workshop is a 2-day, 8 hour course. Early Birth Discounts available!

This 2-day, 8-hour workshop will cover all your childbirth education topics AND 2 hours of prenatal yoga including safe movement practices, effective breathing techniques, throw in some Spinning Babies recommendations and a whole lot of laughing, crying and bonding with other mommies-to-be. CONTEST! Best Beginnings Expo presents MOMMY MAKEOVER! Do you or a mom you know DESERVE a makeover? Submit a letter telling us WHY? The Best Beginnings team will select ONE mom to receive a day of special treatment followed by a night out on the TOWN!
