Drug overdose deaths in the US have dropped by 25% in the 12 months ending in October 2024, primarily due to a decrease in fatalities involving synthetic opioids, especially fentanyl. However, overdose deaths remain higher than a decade ago, with the crisis intensifying during the pandemic. The decline in deaths could be linked to improved policies, better access to overdose-reversal drugs like naloxone, and changes in drug use patterns.

Hello Everyone,

My name is Matt, and I am deeply honored to welcome you to the very first virtual meeting of Judgmentalists Anonymous. As someone who has personally experienced the heavy burden of stigma and judgment tied to addiction, I understand the importance of creating a safe space where we can support each other through our recovery journeys.

Who We Are

Our support group is dedicated to addressing the stigma and judgment that those struggling with addiction often face. Here, we aim to create an environment where we can openly discuss these challenges, share our experiences, and find ways to overcome the negative perceptions that may hinder our progress. This group is not just about tackling stigma but also about strengthening our knowledge, fostering bonds with fellow members, and discovering effective ways to support one another, regardless of the addiction we battle.

Our Mission

We are committed to offering creative and thought-provoking lessons that will transform how we view ourselves and others. By doing so, we hope to cultivate a peaceful and loving environment that promotes internal recovery and overall well-being.
