Heartburn, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, skin problems, hormone imbalances, autoimmune conditions (and more) can all be caused by digestive/gut health problems.
This is one of the biggest health problems we have today and patients are rarely tested for it.
I am a big fan of the GI map and GI spotlight test and just recently got my own done. I eat pretty healthy and take probiotics but still have some work to do!
