Jessi is the ultimate "yes" person—whether it’s helping a swamped coworker ship a package or catching screening errors before they become an issue, she’s always two steps ahead.

She has this awesome way of wearing many hats and creating a better flow for everyone, all while keeping a bubbly attitude that makes the office a much better place to be. We love her compassion for our patients and the way she motivates the whole team just by being her hardworking, positive self.

We are thrilled to announce Hannah Simpson as our Employee of the Month!

Since joining our organization in February of last year, Hannah has made a remarkable impact in her role as an Echo Tech. In just under a year, she has become an essential part of the team, consistently demonstrating a "go-getter" attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for both her patients and her coworkers.

Hannah exemplifies our commitment to being educators and lifelong learners ; she is frequently found studying to further her expertise and has been instrumental in our training processes, even developing a comprehensive training plan for our newest team members.

We want to ensure your care remains seamless and uninterrupted. Starting this year, UnitedHealthcare Medicare HMO plans now require a formal referral from your Primary Care Provider (P*P) before you visit a specialist office.

Referrals help your P*P and specialists stay on the same page, ensuring your entire care team is working together for your health. Without a valid referral on file, insurance may deny the claim, which can lead to unnecessary billing complications.

Before your next appointment with us, please contact your Primary Care Physician and ask them to submit a referral to our office. This small step ensures your visit is covered and allows us to focus entirely on your care!
