Compassionate Owner, Committed Senior Advocate, Church Deacon
“It excites me when I know we’ve made a difference in their lives – I know we’re on the right track.”
I started working with older adults before I opened my ComForCare location. Starting in 2000, when I became a deacon for my church, I regularly visited those with chronic illnesses, disabilities, as well as aging adults in the community. I talked with them and helped them with simple tasks they may not have been able to do any longer. I experienced firsthand the common challenges of individuals aging without support.
Through my visits, I met a wonderful church member who had been attending services for over 70 years. It was customary for me to visit with them every Sunday to see what was going on, how they may need help and just being friendly with one another. It was a special relationship that influenced my decision to open a home care agency so I can help others in my community.
We are passionate about the level of commitment and reliability we provide to our clients. I am committed to getting to know every one of our clients and their families personally. I am available to them as a resource at all times and encourage them to reach out to me with any concerns. This level of commitment runs through our team. When we say we will be there, we’re there. When we say we will do something, we do it. We invest in ourselves to become the best possible advocates for you and your family. We are in this together.
