So here’s the latest scoop: Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost *just* denied the petition from Ohioans for Cannabis Choice—the one everyone’s been buzzing about. This petition was trying to give us all the chance to VOTE on keeping SB56 from putting ridiculous restrictions on adult-use ma*****na and decimating the legal h**p industry.
Yost nixed it because he thought some of the language was unclear, misleading, or just too repetitive. But listen, our friends at Ohioans for Cannabis Choice aren’t letting that slow them down. They’ve already got a NEW petition ready and they are out in full force TONIGHT at three local breweries, collecting signatures and keeping the good vibes rolling for all things h**p and cannabis.

The future of h**p in Ohio literally depends on us getting this referendum on the ballot. If you’re all about choice, small businesses, access, and keeping things chill, COME OUT TONIGHT and sign the petition! Bring a friend and let’s show Ohio just how much we care about cannabis freedom 💚💚💚💚💚
