Spent the past few days attending and feeling inspired ✨ This conference shared such valuable information on digestive health topics including IBS, IBD, pelvic floor dysfunction, GI + gynecology, ARFID, and the importance of weight-inclusive care within the GI population (*and every population). So grateful to connect with and learn from such empowering providers! 💩 🧠 🍽️

I often encourage individuals I am working with to tune in to their senses as we are exploring satisfaction. How can I honor taste satisfaction? Visual satisfaction? Texture or aroma satisfaction?
