You are not alone — seasonal depression can make the darker months feel heavier, and it’s okay to acknowledge that it’s hard. Be gentle with yourself; small, steady steps—like keeping a simple routine, letting in light when you can, and leaning on someone you trust—are meaningful progress. Your feelings are valid, and every effort you make to care for yourself matters.

Self-love is not about perfection. It is about action, accountability, and care. Choosing recovery is an act of self- love, reflecting a commitment to your well-being, your future, and the life you deserve.

Prioritizing mental health, asking for help, and taking meaningful steps toward healing are powerful expressions of responsibility and self-respect. Recovery is not a sign of
weakness. It is a decision to care for yourself in a lasting and intentional way.
