As 2025 comes to an end, bringing new beginnings to 2026. I'm thankful for my wonderful family, magnificent patients and amazing peers that have supported my small business during this crazy rollercoaster of a year. 🎢😵‍💫 With that being said, Episkey Massage is excited to announce the exciting changes coming in 2026!🤗

I have decided to combine my skills, knowledge, and office with Transcendent Bodywork. Partnering up with Michelle at Transcendent Bodywork will allow both sets of our patients to tap into skills that both Michelle and I have acquired over our years of hands-on skills. (Michelle is wonderful if you're looking for TMJ work!)

TMJ massage is a specialized therapy targeting the jaw, neck, and facial muscles to relieve pain and tension from temporomandibular joint disorders (TMD), involving techniques like myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and deep tissue massage on the masseter, temporalis, and surrounding areas to improve jaw movement, reduce headaches, and alleviate clicking/popping sounds. It can be performed externally (cheeks, temples, neck) or sometimes intraorally (inside the mouth) for deeper release, often incorporating stretching and relaxation to address stress-related clenching

I currently have taken three separate courses on TMJ centered massage. I am signed up for 2 more for the up coming quarter.

Getting people out of pain and helping them live their best life is and has always been my main focus. We all eat, talk and yawn. I want to help you do those things without discomfort.

I have three different options to assist with your TMJD

1) TMJ Massage:
Upper shoulders, neck, face, head and intraoral massage

2) Head, Shoulders:
Upper shoulders, neck, face, head (doesnot include intraoral massage)

3) TMJ add-on:
Schedule your preferred massage session (including monthly specials) and on the "Optional Add-Ons" screen select "TMJ massage". 30 minutes of your session will be focused on upper shoulders, neck, face, head and intraoral massage
