We are soooo excited to formally announce and welcome Sukie Decker to our JN team! Sukie has accepted the role of Community Liaison with us and to say we won the work lotto with her would be accurate! Many of you know Sukie and have respected and appreciated her in our community for quite some time. We are honored to have her. You might say "what does a community liaison do?" Well let me just share a peek into that role.

-Marketing
(we stay busy, but this allows us to connect with you BEFORE you are in crisis mode!)

-Research and implementation
(What are the needs/wants? Let's make it happen!)

-Community Support
(We love our community, so let's work together and partner for our neighbors! It's easier and more enriching when we use our local resources first!)

Expect to see and hear a lot more of us! Sukie will be popping up everywhere! We tend to make every vision/dream come to life and she will be helping facilitate that!

As President and owner of JN, I have so much to be thankful for this season. I'm grateful for every client and family today and along the way. We don't really have to market because word of mouth has carried us 11 yrs. I want to express my deepest gratitude to my wonderful staff and management team. We are who we are, in large part, because of each of you. I wish each and every person who is a piece of our puzzle, a very Happy and safe Thanksgiving. ~ Jenny (Journey)

This gal right here is the face to the voice you often get when you call JN! Kim has been my sanity lately! Sure do appreciate this team I have! I value that we have a team who LIFTS others up. I'm noticing more and more, that they realize the value of GOODNESS coming from their lips when they speak. It matters. Thank you ladies. It's part of why we shine ☺️

Journey North is thrilled to announce that we now will be occupying space at Independence Village in Columbus! We spent the day meeting new clients, staff, and more wonderful families! We are excited for our future with each of you.

Although we recently chose to not keep office space in Greentree, we are still caring for our clients at Greentree, as we have been for approximately 10 years and we continue to accept Greentree clients! We love Columbus and we want as many people as possible to benefit from our services and to stay as independent as possible wherever they consider their home environment.

We are partnered with Patriot Angels for VA benefits.

I think this is a good time to remind all clients and families that Journey North does not accept referral fees! Therefore, please understand that we are a neutral party and wish to serve you wherever is best suited for you. This is the beauty of us being independent as well and not operating as a chain.

Thank you Independence Village for choosing and trusting us and thank you to our many families all over the county and surrounding counties for doing the same! We DO NOT take it lightly!

At Journey North we have a sense of humor 😆 Mason happened to be carrying out a long tradition of family Halloween shenanigans on his MOTHER'S house when duty called and he had to take an after hours work call to our 24/7 line 🤣 I guess you could say "Play hard, work hard!...at the same time." I'm comin' for ya Mason!!
