Venting without judgement was amazing. We met in person for the first time yesterday and it was a great turn out. We are going to do Zoom calls leading up to the next meet in person. That way everyone can really be comfortable while building trust with each other. So every Sunday 6pm Get on the zoom calls, because mental health awareness is important. Venting without judgement is one of the many keys that will unlock a better way of living. Let’s help each other change and become better together.
