Now Hiring: Memory Care Coordinator (RN or LPN)

At Spring Harbor, memory care is about more than routines. It’s about relationships, dignity, and helping each resident continue to live a vibrant life. We are seeking a compassionate Memory Care Coordinator to lead our dementia care neighborhood with heart and purpose.

In this role, the coordinator will guide specialized programs, support and mentor staff, partner closely with families, and create personalized plans that bring comfort, connection, and joy to our residents each day.

If you are an RN or LPN with a heart for dementia care and a passion for leadership, this is an amazing opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.

Yesterday was a special day at Spring Harbor as we shared a little Christmas cheer with our incredible team. Our Leadership and Human Resources teams gifted Spring Harbor branded rain jackets as a small token of appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and compassion our employees have shown throughout 2025.

What a joyful afternoon we shared yesterday at our Christmas Sing-A-Long. 🎄✨ This special event brought residents, team members, and families together for an afternoon filled with music, laughter, and holiday cheer.

A heartfelt thank you to our talented resident, Gail LaFramboise, for sharing her gift at the piano, and a nice, warm visit from a familiar and much-loved face, Zack Hamsley. Moments like these are what make Spring Harbor feel like home.
