You just need to get it out.

There’s something about putting paint on canvas that lets your body exhale. No pressure. No expectations. Just color, movement, and space to feel.

When we create, our nervous system actually begins to settle. The stress response softens. The busy thoughts quiet down. And emotions we’ve been holding… sometimes without even realizing it… finally have somewhere safe to land.

This Therapeutic Art Workshop isn’t about being “good” at art. It’s about giving yourself permission to process. To play. To release stress, anxiety, and triggers in a way that feels gentle and grounding.

We’ll be gathering at The Haven for real nervous system support, real connection, and real creativity.
