Hey Everyone! It's time to introduce what I've been working on for a few months now. In 2023, I gained my clinical licensure as a LCSW in MS and AL and I became a TCTSY-F, trauma centered trauma sensitive yoga facilitator. Through working with individuals in talk therapy, I saw a need to incorporate the body in the therapeutic process. My experience gave me a passion for helping individuals with a body-centered approach (somatic therapy). Mind Body is here to provide individuals with the tools they need to regulate their nervous system and feel improved mental and physical health. I'll be offering walk and talk therapy, ecotherapy, meditation and mindfulness training, as well as support groups. Come join this journey with me.
