It's the most wonderful time of the year. Our Giving Tree is up in the lobby filled with our residents wish list ornaments.If you would like to brighten someone's Christmas, please stop in and pick a name or two. Along with the Giving Tree we are going to be a host site for the N.I.C.C Foundation donations .
Please return gifts no later than December 19th with the stocking attached to the gift.
Thank you to everyone that continues to make this a memorable holiday season for our beautiful residents. 🎄💚❤️

Today we had a pinning ceremony with Moments Hospice. It was a beautiful way for us to honor all of our beloved veterans. Thank you all for your services 🙏

Ok guys, first let me start out with a huge thank you to everyone who donated candy to "Cletus the Candy Collector". It was a huge success, and we had more then enough for all the kiddos!!! Secondly, the votes are in!!!! Our unit pumpkin winner was LH1 with "The Grinch". The costume winners are as follows......
0-3- Woolly Mammoth
4-7- Tinker Bell
8-12- Chucky
13 & up- Glinda the Good Witch
Last but not least, the residents all voted on which one of them had the best Costume and little Mrs. Bernie won with her cat suit. Thank you to everyone again for making Halloween so special for all of us down here at the Larson House.

Today was thee absolute best day ever!!! We had our "Party in the Pasture". It was such a good turn out we enjoyed seeing all of the community, family, and friends ❤️ We will be announcing the winners of the costume contest on Monday, the residents will be doing the voting. We will also be picking one lucky winner for the raffle basket. I will make a post after this about the unit pumpkin contest so stay tunned!!Again, thank you everyone for making our residents smile today!!!

First off let me send out a huge thank you to not only our wonderful staff, but the residents, family, and community for all the donations and fun projects for the Platinum Community family here at the Larson House this fall season.
Forgot that we didn't post pictures earlier as we were in the middle of getting a new roof a couple weeks back, but the first few pictures are of our outdoor decorations 😀
Then this week we kicked off Halloween with our "Down on the Farm" Spirit Week. Stay tuned to see how our pumpkins turn out as they will be displayed at the party then posted to be voted on over the weekend.
Don't forget to stop on by this Friday for trick-or-treating from 2-4pm during our Halloween party. We will have some tricks and of course treats for all along with games, face and pumpkin 🎃 paintings, costume contest and most importantly visits we always love ❤️

Yesterday we took a road trip, went over to Tom Dooley and tested different kinds of apples 🍎 and bought some goodies, then we went for a drive through the Horicon Marsh. We saw a huge group of pelicans fishing for lunch, had a indoor bus lunch cuz it was a bit to chilly 😬 to sit outside. Did I mention we had to chase a bee 🐝 out, that was a sight 😅. Then we decided to take a scenic route home because the fall colors were beautiful 🚜🎃🍁❤.
